Responsible for developing and managing marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
Planned quarterly and yearly marcomms activities and campaigns alongside central and regional teams. Negotiated a six-figure marketing budget which was higher compared to previous years.
Recognized as high potential employee for developing new process for lead management and follow up process which helps to measure return on investment on the various marketing initiatives for the first time in the region. Increased company brand visibility in the market vs 2013 through participating in strategic trade show (GITEX, LEAP, ADIPEC, WETEX, Middle East Energy, INTERSEC), partner events, showroom branding, media activities, PR activities, digital marketing which generated incremental sales for the company.
Developed a bank of content for showroom branding which was recognized as best practice by central marketing which led to implementing for other regions.
Pioneered digital marketing strategy includes: e-mail marketing (internal and external), social media, paid media, PPC, google ads, webinars and launching of Middle East website.
Achieved good media coverage for the company by implementing PR strategy that supports business goals. Enhanced channel partners engagement through incentive programs and helping partners to formulate their marketing plans and co-op activities and measure results in accordance to identified KPIs.
Launched the loyalty application tailored for channel partners, marking the first of its kind in the EMEA region. Worked with senior leaders on the launch of the customer experience center, which is the first in the region. Work in collaboration with senior executives on campaign and internal communications.

Expert in content development of sales-driving collateral such as brochures, advertising, email marketing, give-aways and other materials.
Championed the implementation of a customer database using the CRM systems, SaleForce.com which helped to analyse the return on investment on various marketing initiatives and ensuring that the leads are qualified and assigned to the relevant sales teams.
