Responsible for developing and managing marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
Planned quarterly and yearly marcomms activities and campaigns alongside central and regional teams.  Negotiated a six-figure marketing budget which was higher compared to previous years.
Recognized as high potential employee for developing new process for lead management and follow up process which helps to measure return on investment on the various marketing initiatives for the first time in the region. Launched the loyalty application tailored for channel partners, marking the first of its kind in the EMEA region. Worked with senior leaders on the launch of the customer experience center, which is the first in the region. Work in collaboration with senior executives on campaign and internal communications.
