My responsibilities include:
•Analyzing products & services, its acceptance and value in the Indian market conditions.
•Analyzing business practices and recommending improvements.
•Working with broader team to design a new business model.
•Obtaining new clients and finding new business opportunities.

•Inspiring productive changes in the workforce by interacting with the employees

Achievements:
•Product customization: Project one- Success factor: Extended it to four segments and helped to develop customers by thrice the volume and add revenue by 300%
•Project two- Live learning: Redesign it according to the preference of Indian market and develop a customer base of 1 lakh which contributed the 40% of the total revenue.
•Project three: Literacy pro: Develop the service from class management to school management system which helped to make 1000+ new clients across the nation.
•Within a year India became the 3rd performing nation among 14 countries of MDM Operations.
CADD Centre is a multinational network of training centres in engineering, project management, ICT, and people skills in CAD|CAE|CAM. CADD operate over 650+ training centres in 30+ countries with trainings of software majors such as Autodesk, Bentley, Oracle, PTC and Siemens. Have tie-ups with 5, 500 business organizations for corporate training - and, over 50 government agencies in India, Asia, Middle East, and Africa for equipping people for the digital era jobs. I was taking care of Kerala region and my responsibilities are:
•Customer relationship management and building.
•Prepare market analysis for products & business and follow up developments and trends.
•Marketing activities (presentations, business development, marketing penetration, relationship management)
•Keep track of competitor intelligence and involvements
•Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in CRM, while creating satisfied and reference- able customers.
•Demonstrating our product and creating a differentiated value proposition.

Responsibilities:
•Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business
•Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
•Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
•Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
•Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
