• Opening the shop, checking the shop according to shop checklist
• Work in close cooperation with the kitchen and Stewarding as well as the
Outlet Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation
• Monitor duty schedules for the respective team
• Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of assigned Employees
• Familiar with the Outlet’s menu, promotions activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlet
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guest’s and employee’s health and safety
as well as protect and converse the environment
• Handle the welcome of arriving Guests and their seating through the Hostess and takeover, if she is not available
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements
• Purchase or requisition supplies and equipment needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
• Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll
• Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems
• Making sure that food is being delivered to the customer as per company standard presentation and without delay
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service
• Managing the shop petty cash, sending reports to clime petty cash
• Ordering the products form supplier, placing the kitchening orders and warehouse.
• Depositing to the bank restaurant cash sales to company account number
• Handle customer questions, complains, and issues
• Manage different departments within the store
• Maintain inventory and insure that items are in stock
• Preparing reports regarding sales volume
• Offer personal tailoring services if required
• Taking measurement for alteration in case customer required
• Identifying customers who need assistance on the shop floor.
