• Liaising with all levels of the business from BU Leaders in order to understand the key drivers behind the success of PwC’s Advisory practice.
• Writing meaningful, engaging and impactful JD’s to be shared on the PwC career site as well as other external sites that not only attract the best candidates but that also follow PwC’s corporate communication policies.
• Determining the applicant's fit for the role by conducting HR interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications and experiences with the JD. Providing detailed, meaningful and insightful notes to the business in order to aid their progress decision as well as providing a HR recommendation based on expert knowledge of the firm, the role and the market.
• Maintain excellent organization in scheduling, facilitating and following up on interviews for feedback and next steps.
• Taking job briefs from the business to determine key reasons for the recruitment mandate as well as softer areas such as cultural fit within the team and grade requirements.
• Successfully transitioning a new hire from the offer management stage to their date of joining, whilst managing their onboarding process
• Covering consultant new hires across the Middle East region, which includes but not limited to UAE, KSA and Jordan region.
• Overseeing offer management process which entails managing records of all job offers, employment, and onboarding documentation necessary
• Communicates and ensures completion of new hire checklist, which outlines pre-employment screening initiation and other onboarding logistics.
• Keep the business owners and internal tools up to date of a new hire’s onboarding logistics and date of joining.
• Extended role to own key internal initiatives, which includes graduate recruitment programs to meet a key performance indicator to increase graduate hiring rate; modifying and conducted exit interviews.
• Worked on several key HR projects; Implementation of “Work Day” which is the new HR system implemented in FY18.
