Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face.
2. Choosing rooms and handing out keys.
3. Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave.
4. Preparing bills and taking payments.
5. Taking and passing on messages to guests.
6. Dealing with special requests from guests (like taking orders for food and drinks pass these to the staff responsible for preparation, booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items, )
7. Dealing with complaints or problems.
