a. Assess staffing needs based on organization plans and identify required competencies and vacancies.
b. Develop recruitment plans, conduct screening and interviews, and conclude selection process.
c. Develop and maintain updated job description and role profiles for all positions.
d. Perform critical staff duties, handling poor performance cases, and administering disciplinary procedures.
e. Plan and conduct new employees’ orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
f. Prepare company annual training plan based on Training Needs Assessment and have it presented and approved by ITC.
g. Deal with ITIDA, EITESAL & CIT (registering the company in the mentioned organization in order to obtain the benefits from NGO’s (marketing services, HR consultations services, financial services & training services).
h. Coordinate and manage the quarterly performance appraisals.
i. Act as a link between management and employees by handling questions, complains, interpreting and administering contracts and help resolving work related problems.
j. Obtain and evaluate medical insurance offers from various health insurance companies to select the most convenient offer matching the company and employees objectives.
a. Manage all kind of correspondences: faxes, memos and
letters (English & Arabic).
b. Attending and participating in courses related to Dialouge program to support the supervisors to understand clearly the objective of performance appraisals process and how to handle difficult discussion through the appraisal interviews.
c. Creating database for our clusters and proivde them with all required informatio and proposals that needed to accomplish their work with clients.
d. Organize filing system.
e.Organizing and coordinating conferences, siminars and events (taking a place in corporate governence conference and
employement fair)
f. Setting appointments, hotels reservations, restaurant, meeting with clients.
g. Contacting with customers and facilitate all obstacles which impede performance of the jobs.
