* Responsible for all HR activities: (Personal, Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Team Performance and KPI’s and Payroll).
*Handling marketing activities: (updating the website, and preparing events to customers, Coordinating with the sales team to update the Marketing plane to send it to out customers, Handling reservations, and travel arrangements)
* Administration Role: (Preparing in house and house meetings, maintaining all administration activates, and assisting the managing director)
Responsible for the employees schedules and attendance according to the business need, creating a pattern for their weekends and shifts, Also schedules for the company activities and adjusting it with the employees schedule, also responsible for coaching and developing the animation team, having weekly 1 on 1 with each member of the animation team for their development and achievements, I am also a part of the recruiting process in our team, responsible for giving constructive feedback to my team and the upper management about the team performance, I helped also with providing ideas for the team KPI's, and ideas to improve the business to match the customer needs
UK account; where I was responsible for handling all Vodafone UK customer phone interactions overseas along with providing a high quality service with maintaining customers’ issues’ resolution
Moved to Vodafone UK web chat contact center, and have been working there, handling both technical and billing skills as a customer care representative, where I was responsible for representing Vodafone online customer care helpdesk through live online chat.
Responsible for real time management of the online contact center handling all real time floor queries, managing teams in regards to maintaining UK client service level, and continuously developing the scheduling plan for the contact center agents to provide the contractual KPIs to the UK client including the Delivery of scheduled hours.
