Work closely with Chairman and Top Managers to ensure smooth operation, my duties Including but not Limited:
• Responsible for the compliance of regulations, rules, and models of capital markets authority.
• Managing all transactions and relationship between Arabi Holding Group and Kuwait Stock Exchange “Kuwait Boursa“, Capital Markets Authority, Kuwaiti Clearing Company and MOCI including but not limited getting the necessary approvals, disclosures, issue the shareholders report, and all the necessary reports.
• Managing and maintaining Annual General Assembly meeting procedures, provide MOCI with all the financial reports and information as required, prepare its agenda and MOM, and any emergency clarifications might be required for the relevant authorities.
• Managing and following up company’s portfolios with investment companies.
• Prepare quarterly shares fluctuation reports and following up Treasury shares transactions.
• Managing amendments of company’s Article of Association and get the necessary approvals according to the regulations and roles.
• Provide all statistical information, analysis reports and proposals required to be submitted to Government, banks and etc.….,
• Prepare several of forecasts and analysis reports such as financial statements analysis, sales analysis, Inventory and stock capacity, revenue, turnover, expenditure …..etc.
Human Recourses and Administration:
• Developing, writing, and updating company policy and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the Company’s organization charts.
• Prepare and develop job descriptions and person specifications.
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departments managers
• Assist HODs and line mangers in preparation of staff performance appraisal program.
• Administer hospitality and catering for office guests and ensures they are carried out;
• Solving problems related to company’s staff and customers
• Responsible for all travels arrangements, Hotel reservation, Exhibitions and all PR issues related to Top Management
• Provide various administrative supports as needed such as handling the appropriate mails, maintaining and organizing appointments schedule, preparing meetings’ agenda and minutes of meetings,
• Draft, Formulate and send all the business correspondences on behalf of the senior managers.
• Managing top management office facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
