It more specifically examined the differences between such hybrid approaches with the agile methods and the traditional ones. Furthermore, I created a framework for organizations to use as a means of creating their own hybrid approach specific to their project and organization which will ensure higher success. My dissertation concluded that such hybrid approaches may in fact help project managers finish projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
