- Represents the university at various community and business meetings, committees, and promotes existing and new programs or policies.
- Enforces dean of student’s policies and procedures, and ensures compatibility with locally operating policies university-wide.
- Determines and interprets student services needs on an individual basis, and initiates referrals to appropriate student and academic services; advises students on policy issues, acts as student advocate, and resolves problems as necessary.
- Develops, coordinates, and presents a wide range of workshops, conferences, training sessions, and retreats for students, parents, and staff.

- Provides organizational and administrative support for the event.
- Work closely with the Communication and Public Affairs team on graduation related materials
