Lead the People function in the UAE & Qatar.
Approach the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment,
Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.
Leading HRMIS transformation process, analyze and discuss relevant reports and dashboards. Approach and Develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Successfully support Culture Transformation of acquisition, Strategic planning and training while ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, or statutory procedures on personnel management. Conducting and facilitating engagement survey philosophy along with psychometric test feedback and action plan, Process complaints and Code Of Conduct.
Work closely with regional Leadership to ensure growth efforts. Ensure hiring process to match individual strengths with organizational needs, conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates. Implement employment branding initiatives to attract and retain the right capabilities
Overall, as an HR Support ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the organization's goals
through effective HR Operations management.
