Lead the marketing and ecommerce teams

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the Group’s board of directors objectives
Conduct weekly analytical and insights meeting with the different heads of department and store managers
Make sure that all stakeholders are on the same page in order to ensure good results and meet the brand’s objectives
Identify potential franchise opportunities in the region
Develop a loyalty program for Adventure HQ based on past data and analytics
- Plan marketing and branding objectives.

- Work with multinational agencies on the brand communication and strategy
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Take part in seasonal photo shoots
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside the Head of Marketing.
