Full ownership of the yearly marketing plan of engagement and demand generation in terms of objectives,
budgets and return on investment
 Overseeing and monitoring activities execution all over the region.
 Responsible for all Post Execution Analysis and statistics to provide complete documents and resources with
all requirements to determine the partner patterns, reliability and accountability in addition to partner history
record and their feedback about the events.
 Setting up and maintaining a consistent corporate image throughout all joint partners’ activities and
executives’ events by closely supervising corporate messages and ensuring best utilization of Oracle resources
through partners.
 Establishing, planning, and developing effective marketing plans with partners.
 Providing regular reports based on activities analysis, partner feedback and expectations.
 Executing Alliances and Channels activities according to Oracle standards and corporate guidelines
 Developing positive working relationship with channel partners to generate revenue.
Running Oracle engagement events for partners” Executives” in order to increase the product
awareness, and tell them how and where they can sell Oracle products.
 Running Oracle demand generation events jointly with partners for customers in order to
generate leads and ROI.
 Preparing marketing newsletters for all the Engagement and Demand Generation.
 Monitoring and managing expenses within allocated marketing budget.
 Handling all execution logistics of partner events from venue arrangements, following up calls, sending invitations,
raising web requisitions/ issuing Purchase orders along with tracking the payment t processes.
 Updating Channel Marketing calendar to share all the partner activities internally and externally.
 Organizing events and campaigns targeting both partners and customers
 Identifying the Return On Investment and track all the leads and opportunities that come out of these
activities
 Executing customer profiling campaigns.
 Communicating and collaborating with other demand gen marketers, product marketers, sales, internal and
external design agencies and other key stakeholder.
 Developing adhoc campaigns, execution steps, and content requirements, reporting templates, and supporting
systems management
 Supporting overall company branding and awareness as part of the marketing initiatives, lead gen programs
 Providing support for external events including: trade shows, conferences, sales seminars, analyst
presentations
 Working directly with Channels Managers and Sales teams to provide direct sales support & sales communications, sales training, as part of ensuring success of demand gen programs
 Arranging for Pre-qualification of customers - through tele-verification of contact details
 Following up on leads - with partners as per the campaign analytics reports.
 Creating sponsorship packages for all Oracle Partner Days MEA
 Helping in getting more sponsors for Oracle Partner Days MEA
 Working with the agency on all Oracle brandings for Oracle Partner Days MEA
 Handling all Oracle Partner Days MEA communication plans

• Evaluating and monitoring on the Collection Department and Business Department to increase the productivity.
• Initiating competitions for Loan officers to increase their productivity and decreasing their credit risk.
• Initiating fraud detection processes, while following up and delivering results to top management to ensure the Credit Risk Policy is being implemented.
• Calculating and analyzing the probability of defaults of clients for all Tanmeyah branches to mitigate the risk of Tanmyah’s portfolio.
• Calculating probability-of-default for different client demo-graphical, geographical, sector, or age groups segmentation.
