Successfully coordinated Phase-1, a $28M Greenfield project comprising 500 TPD physical refining, 300 TPD fractionation, 250 TPD
bottling & sachet plant, and a 25, 000 MT bulk storage tank farm. Led planning, scheduling, contractor coordination, and site execution to
ensure timely delivery. Managed Phase-2, a $30M Brownfield expansion including 1000 TPD palm oil physical refining, 22, 000 MT bulk storage tanks, jerry can lines (1, 600 units), PET blowing, filling &
labeling (750 mL and 3L), and utilities. Oversaw procurement, vendor management, and quality compliance, ensuring smooth integration
with existing operations and successful commissioning within budget
and timelines.

Led the execution of specialty fats Brownfield projects, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 for shortening and margarine production (100
TPD). Managed a 500 TPD dry dewaxing Brownfield project, along with the lecithin plant, 300 m³/day ETP, 1, 200 m³/hr cooling towers,
vacuum and drainage systems, weighbridge, tank farm automation, condensate recovery system, centralized laboratory, and centralized
loading facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. Oversaw project planning, scheduling, procurement,
contractor management, and on-site execution, maintaining strict adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards throughout the
project lifecycle.

Successfully erected and commissioned Green & Brownfield projects totaling $15M across soaps, cosmetics, edible oil refinery & solvent
extraction plants, bakery, and shortening lines. Led engineering design, site execution, commissioning, and integration with existing operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory
