PROJECT DETAIL:
MRTS (Mass Rapid Transport System) with integrated urban transport planning using inter modal connectivity and convenient sky-walks, which will mark the beginning of an era of seamless commuting in India.
The Hyderabad Metro Rail Network will cover a total distance of around 72 Km across three corridors:
Corridor I : Miyapur to LB Nagar
Corridor II : JBS to Falaknuma
Corridor III : Nagole to Shilparamam
WORK EXPERIENCE:
•Supervise the overall activities in the material division pertaining to the particular activities. Prepared the method of statements for various testing activities.
•Perform site visits to ensure that the technicians are performing the test in accordance with the standard test method.
•Approval of the test reports related to the material testing, Technical review and processing of material’s proposal from supplier in respect to project specifications, and preparing material submittals for client approval.
• Identifying the deviation of engineering design from the project requirements and preparation of Technical Queries (TQ) with remedy suggestion for client approval

WORK EXPERIENCE:
•Supervise the overall activities in the material division, Preparation of material submittals, review, approval & Preparation of Concrete Mix Design. Factual and final reporting and Senior Material Engineering recommendations. Dealing with Clients and Consultants during the execution of projects. Material Testing Supervision includes all the tests in Aggregates, Soil, Concrete, Steel, Cement etc.,
• Witness/coordination with 3rd party for testing, Certificates verification and all incoming material inspections. Perform the task of preparing construction plans (ITP), special provisions and analysis
PROJECT DETAIL:
Line 3 (Red Line) runs in the East-West direction along Al - Madinah Al Munawwarah and Prince Saad Bin Abdulrahman Al Awal Roads, starting at the west near Jeddah Expressway and ending at the east near the National Guard Camp of Khashm El Aan. The Metro will be mostly elevated along the western part of Al - Madinah Al Munawwarah Road, then underground in bored and mined tunnels in the central section of the line, and generally at grade along Prince Saad Ibn Abdulrahman Road. The length of the line is approximately 40.7 km (25.3 mi) and it features 20 stations, in addition to 2 transfer stations with Lines 1 and 6.
JOB INVOLVED:
•Responsible for all QC activities on the project. Control and supervise all the activities of QC Inspectors. Liaise with the Client with respect to inspections, Co-ordinate with construction activities requiring inspection, etc. Conduct surveillance audits as per the Audit Schedule in accordance with Client’s requirements. Inspections, witnessing and hold released for excavation, base compaction, blinding form work, rebar, concrete pours, finishing works, etc. Check /inspect all Project materials intended to be used for the Project as per client’s requirements. Review material submittals & issue Inspection Reports & Release Certificates
