Involving in daily site safety walk down along with site engineer. Deliver induction training programs to educate the company's workforce and subcontractors/visitors on emergency response procedures, handling hazardous materials, and other aspects of environmental management to ensure that they understand and comply with the company's policies and standards. Preparing and submitting first aid cases/ near miss reports/observation reports. Inspection of safety & hygienic condition of labour and staff accommodation. Give basic training in SCBA and escape set to the users. Conducts H2S awareness, safety equipment, and emergency response procedures for all rig and service personnel (who do not hold current TS certification cards). Provide recommendations to the company rep so that the proper course of action can be taken to protect personnel from H2S exposure. Conducts H2S drills, critiques, grades the drill, and recommends improvements.
