• Initiation of Log Book Entries and monitoring of the corrective action and preventative measures provided by the Contractor. Liaison with SAPMT on the execution of the recommended corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the Contractor’s QC Supervisor/Manager for the timely completion and submission of documentation as required by the Company.
• Preparing and submission of weekly highlights.
• Attending and giving suggestions to any query related to Quality by SAPMT/Contractor.
• Interviewing and approval of the Contractor’s QC personnel according to the requirements of Schedule Q.
• Review of welding procedure specification (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR).
• Witness Contractor welder qualification and review testing records and final approval of welder JCC cards.
• Ensure that all Quality Control activities on shop / site are fully implemented and maintained throughout all stages of contract execution in accordance with Project Specifications and Code requirements
• Raising Standard Violation for any activity or work flow that is not conforming to the requirement International codes and ARAMCO Standards and Specifications and follow-up for the close out of field discrepancy and NCR.
• Conduct Focus Assessment weekly to make sure that all the workflow is according to the Quality requirement.

QC WELDING / COATING INSPECTOR at TARGET ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC
