1. Preparing and obtaining approval for Project Quality Documents such as
Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plans
(I.T.P.), in accordance with Project Client Specifications.
2. Reporting the all related activities project manager and QA/QC manger.
3. Reviewing all quality related activities & preparing all quality related
reports on site.
4. Preparing Weekly report of project related to project Quality Management.
5. Preparing the Sub Contractor appraisal report for the month.
6. Preparing Material receiving report.
7. Preparing the data of the material received on as per purchase order.
8. Coordinating with execution team for project quality system.
9. Verifying and informing and advising site team for any defects.
10. Issuing the NCR for any nonconformance.
11. Reviewing third party Inspection reports & laboratory Reports.
12. Approving the supplier for supplying the material for the project
13.Conducting material inspections for all electrical items delivered at the site
based on its approved material submittal.
14. Conducting Inspections for Material Receiving and Installations of all
Electrical Equipments like,

15. Conducting Inspections for Testing & Pre-commissioning such as
Functional test, Insulation Resistance, Contact Resistance, Continuity,
Primary Injection test, High Voltage test (Hi-Pot), Illumination test,
Polarity Test and Earth Resistance Test, etc.
16. Conduct the Inspection for LV&MV Motor solo run and Load test
17. Conduct the inspection for Emergency Diesel Generator
Pre-Commissioning Activities
18. Conduct the Inspection for UPS/ Battery System Testing activities
19. Conducting Inspections for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of all
Electrical systems
20. Prepare the Energization package and Submission for Client’s approvals
21. Review the Energization Documents and Tie-in Work documents
22. Conduct the inspection for cathodic protection systems(Installation and
Testing’s)
23. Documentation of all RFI’s and RFA’s after signed by the consultant and
the Managers.
24. To handle/assist for closing the PMCC/MCC Punch items.
25. To handle/assist for the submission of Project inspection record book.
