Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring safe system of work is adhered in site & Ensuring JSA was discussed among workers on site.
• Ensuring all people are in site complying with site HSE policy and motivating them to comply with
HSE policy and developing ownership of HSE management system among site workers.
• Ensuring critical works are under control (Hydro test, Excavation, Hot works, Lifting work,
Mobile/Heavy equipment activities and etc) through monitoring.
• Effective cooperation with contractors and consultant, Supervisors and others.
• Ensuring the equipment is in safe work order through visual inspection and applying color coding.
• Ensuring adequate welfare facilities on site.
• Providing first aid treatment & maintaining first aids and records
Ensuring safe system of work is in site & Ensuring JSA was discussed among workers on site.
• Playing additional role with emergency team (Fire Marshal, Stretcher team & First Aider).
• Ensuring adequate and suitable Fire Extinguishing media in place and in well order.
• Ensuring critical works are under control (work at height, excavation, hot works, lifting work, hazardous substances handling) through monitoring.
• Ensuring the equipment is in safe work order through visual inspection and applying monthly color coding.
• Preparing weekly and monthly client report.
• Ensuring tower crane operator climbing safety (Ascending and descending) operators PPE, lifelines.
Project :JERP#4, Saudi Aramco Total Refinery Project
• Carrying out daily safety inspection to identity unsafe condition/ actions and special monitoring for high risk activities (WAH, CSEA, heavy lifting, structural erection, excavation & hot works).
• Ensuring Permit to work, competent person & equipments are existing for each activity.
• Helping and conducting tool box meeting. Ensuring subcontractors conducted TBM. Preparing general TBM topics.
• Ensuring the equipment is being safe work order through formal visual inspection, combined inspection and testing with help of competent technician and applying monthly color coding and maintaining inspection records.
• Documentation (Violation letters, HSE Alerts, Client reports, Weekly & Monthly reports).
• Conducting & participating in internal audit with subcontractor.
• Participating and presenting EHS meetings.
RAPO (Power & Desalination) Plant, Qatar
• Permit To Work System (Checking & supporting to PTW co-ordinator): To follow-up, Supervision and Inspection of specific area and specific work as per permit.
• Ensuring the equipment isolation is effective and applying Lock and Tag system with the help of authorized personal, P&I drawing.
• Ensuring the confined space are safe to work (Tunnel, sump cable pulling).
• Maintaining PTW system & LOTO system Database.
• Isolating the area by hard barricading and access system after receiving ECC for commissioning process.
Project : Shuaiba North Co-Generation (Power Plant)• Ensuring all site personal are complying with company HSE Policy through effective monitoring.
• Ensuring all critical works are under control (structural erection, cable pulling, excavation, Work at height, high voltage cable testing, heavy lifting & hot works).
• Ensuring fire extinguishing media are in safe work order.
• Participating in weekly and monthly walk through with client. Taking immediate action to close out the client observations.
• Efficient supervision and Coordination of different Sub-Contractors.
• Ensure that housekeeping shall be maintained at work site.
LAB Plant project (TamilNadu Petroproduct
Ltd) and various commercial projects,
Chennai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carrying out daily safety inspection to various site identity unsafe working conditions, unsafe
practices & unsafe equipment in different projects.
• Ensuring risky activities are under control (Excavation, Hot work, lifting activities, loading & unloading
activities).
• Ensuring equipment movements are under controlled by traffic control system and separating traffic,
pedestrian routs.
• Ensuring excavation are safe for work.
• Providing Safety training & arranging external trainings & Conducting tool box talk.
• Ensuring fire extinguishing media are in safe work order.
Project : Red Rose Building’s Residential Buildings, Chennai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carrying out daily safety inspection to various site identity unsafe working conditions, unsafe
practices & unsafe equipment in different projects.
• Providing safety advice and guidance to the site management & supervisors.
• Implementation in site housekeeping & waste management control.
• Providing Safety training & arranging external trainings.
• Ensuring all projects sites are safe through daily visits.
• Performing other duties as assigned
