• Recruitment process owner and designed a tool (Ngage) & automated the recruitment process through it.
• Responsible for Hiring from Entry Level, Mid & Senior Level hiring of Different Clients at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune Sites on a month on month basis from different sources & demonstrated flexibility to take up different assignments. • Sourcing the niche profiles in the industry for IT, Telecom & Investment Banking i.e. Software Engineers, Leads, Architects, Program managers & Project Managers, Analyst, Technical Writer, Website Manager, PR Specialist, SQL Developer and Business Intelligence.
• Planning Recruitment Strategies to attract the best talent for Sasken’s clients in ITES Domain & Responsible for all Channel /source management.
• Conducting recruitment events from all over India for mass hiring.
• Retention Projects: Implemented Projects/assignments that are aligned towards increasing employee satisfaction and reducing attrition---Employee Satisfaction Survey to maintain appropriate contact with employees to stay abreast of concerns and address personnel issues
• Worked closely with Talent Engagement Department to resolve employee grievances post joining the organization & even at the stage of on-boarding them.
• Process & Location Audit Champion: - Represent Talent Acquisition function on a regular business, organization and process audits.
• Vendor Management and rating: Selecting consultants / vendors as per their skills and narrowing down based on their previous year’s performance and conversion ratio.
• On boarding Mid level Hires: Handle the employee life cycle within the organization starting from Hiring & on boarding. Hands on experience of conducting on boarding on a weekly basis of Mid Level Hires & agent Level.
• Designing of recruitment advertisements and dealing with the recruitment agencies.
• Planning and executing Job fairs, out station recruitments & developing recruitment models for Expanding talent pool.

• Making Offers after Compensation fitments and Salary Negotiations-Agent & Lateral Level.

• Responsible for Recruitment Review PPT's and Dashboard: Responsible for preparing Review PPT's on a monthly basis and Managed other critical MIS & monthly dashboard's for voice hiring and demonstrated good analytical skills & focus on numbers- Maintain reporting metrics for entire recruiting process (Offers, Declines, Source mix, TAT, Cost per hire etc.)
