Provide Technical & Non-technical (contractual/other) guidance & leadership to the local/foreign teams for the complete MEP package along with the coordination with the civil team/s.

Supervising the site teams to carry out the construction works related to MEP installations according to the standard construction drawings & safety regulations, parallelly coordinating with other services/works.
Providing technical and commercial assistance to Procurement Team as per the technical specifications to negotiate the quotes within the allocated budgets.
Preparation & finalization of monthly Interim payment applications.
Identification, preparation & finalization of extra works, variations, claims, and star rates.
Prep. of monthly cost monitoring reports. Such as financial statements, dashboards, change trackers, claim tracers.

Led the MEP teams (Electrical & Plumbing - In house) & Co-Led the subcontractor works (ELV systems, HVAC, Lift installations, Lightning protection system, Fire detection & protection, Gas supply, Swimming pool systems…etc.) to ensure optimal alignment and efficient systems installation.

Designing, Installation & Maintenance of Temporary power supply, lighting, & plumbing arrangements.
Necessary design modification to the Main power distribution system to cater the growing power demand. & same implementations for the water supply system which included multiple intermediate water storages to cater each & every level of the high-rise structure.
Introduced highly effective lighting system at top floor area which can be easily shifted to the next floor, which had hugely positive impact on the night time reinforcement/concreting works & also reduction to the costly lighting accessory replacements.
Designed & Fabricated the MDBs & DBs which led to a considerably huge cost saving for the project.
Actively involved in the Safety related matters/inductions & provide technical guidance to the safety team.
Provided technical support to safety team for the sewer system installation including the sump pump system.
