• Establishing primary, sub control points and benchmark. Setting out and locating points by coordinates.
• Perform formwork checks adjustment for core wall before pouring of concrete, and prepare pre pour survey report.
• Assist the survey inspector to check the concrete dimension, elevation, location, and position of formworks prior to pouring of concrete to make sure that the structure to be build is correct as per approved design drawings.
• Conduct as-built survey immediately after casting of core walls before stripping of formwork.
• Marking reference elevation at the reinforcement prior to pouring of concrete for columns, and core wall, leveling pouring guide for slab.
• Prepare data, drawings and sketches with coordinates.
• Keep accurate field notes, records, and drawings to described and certify work performed.
• Analyze and interpret both structural and architectural shop drawings.
• Verify the accuracy of the survey data including measurements and calculations conducted from survey site.
• Setting out off-set lines of columns, shear wall, and core wall.
• Ensure that all survey work is carried in accordance with the site procedure and manuals.
• Conduct monthly collimation for total station and calibration for auto level.
· Responsible to all survey activities on site

· Provide vertical and horizontal references to the civil work in each floor to guide the new construction.

·Check and adjust survey instrument follow calibration schedule to maintain their accuracy.

· Ensure that all work is carried in accordance with the site procedure and manuals.
· Execute topographic survey in new site location of projects.

· Responsible to research of all legal records in order to obtain sufficient data about the property boundaries to be surveyed.
· Prepare lot plan, location map and maintain sketches based on their legal title and deeds
· Conduct topographic survey to determine the natural terrain of the ground as basis for the road and building design.
· Responsible in checking alignment of all ongoing contruction to make sure that they are build in their proper location and position.
· Conduct relocation, subdivision and seeting out in order to establish legal boundaries.
· Prepare lot plans and maintain sketches to ensure and describe conducted field surveys.
· Execute relocation, subdivision, consolidation and original surveys.
· Responsible in keeping accurate field notes to ensure and certify liability of work perform.
· Prepare lot data computation for the approval to the Bureau of Land.
· Research legal records, maps and sketches to obtain data needed for survey.
