I work as the project engineer for the ELV and home automation projects in GCC market. We offer lifestyle options that help turn homes and offices into ‘modern intelligent facilities’. The company specializes in Home Automation, Building management system, Lighting Control system, GRMS, Networking systems, ICT, Other ELV and Security Systems for residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial & health care sectors.
The duties and responsibilities held by me are,
•Responsible for project management life cycle.
•Responsible for the installation of home automation & ELV projects across UAE.
•Lead the commissioning team to obtain the client suggested functionality and support the execution team to make sure the project is handed over on time.
•Programming/configuring home automation and other ELV systems (Vantage, Legrand MyHome, video door entry systems, CCTV, access control, etc.) as per the client requirements.
•Testing the recently launched products and proposing the right application of the same in the projects.
•Coordinate with the sales team to find out client requirements.
•Carry out design, quantity survey and value engineering for the new projects.
•Leading the design team in preparation of shop drawings and technical documents.
•Attending the client meetings to explain and convince about functionality and outcome of proposed solution.
•Organize with vendors and distributors of required product for purchase within the budget and

Roles & Responsibilities
•Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
•Prepare Load schedule based on project requirement and adhering to authority standards.
•Communicating with various vendors and getting the required materials delivered at site.
•Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
•Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
•Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
•Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works with other disciplines.
•Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
•Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
•Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
•Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
•Assist the overall design of the project which includes overall load calculation, load scheduling, selection of transformer, protection devices, cables, panels, calculation of voltage drop etc.
•Interpretation of construction drawings, analyzing the contract documents, and applicable standards or specifications before execution of any jobs.
•Manage directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical work groups at a site.
•Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
•Assign targets for accomplishments and ensures goals are met on a daily basis for all electrical groups at a site.
•Submit daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all relevant monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
•Ensure that all the works done are by the approved construction drawings, contract documents project specifications, and applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
•Ensure that all site works are done according to appropriate quality standards.
•Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical group's personnel of the project and ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary, and environmental standards.
•Perform other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
Completed B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2012 from College of Engineering, Perumon with 69.7% aggregate and no history of backlogs.
Completed 12th Grade in 2008 from Govt. Model Boy's Higher Secondary School, Trivandrum with 82.67% aggregate.
Cleared Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination in 2006 from St Joseph's Higher Secondary School, Trivandrum with an aggregate of 84.60 %
