Responsible for Quality Management and JCI Re-Accreditation related works within NMCSH,
development of standard operating procedures, departmental manuals, safety manual,
disaster/OHS management plan, devising and executing monitoring & evaluation mechanisms to
check its compliance and accident / incident reporting. NMC Specialty Hospital underwent its JCI
reaccreditation survey successfully in April 2016. Besides, involved in quality trainings, internal
audits, monitoring of departmental KPIs, compliance to clinical guidelines etc.
2. Involved in various NMC group wide Quality related activities including preparation of Quality
reports, analysis of various clinical pathways across the facilities for the NMC Clinical
Governance Committee. Currently, spearheading the process of standardization of measurement
of IPSGs, FMS, outsourced across all NMC facilities. Directly reporting to Vice President (Quality
& Accreditation), NMC Healthcare on these issues
