Job Responsibilities:
HRMS -KPI.Com (Successfully completed the HR System transition)
Requirement gathering
Sourcing the vendor

HR Administration - Updating Employee Personal data in HRMS -KPI.com
Maintaining employees personal files and records in master database, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels for all groups.
Drafting of the policies
Framing of Organisational chart
Day-to-day supervision of Human Resources department, i.e. Personnel, Payroll, Recruitment.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
