• Adaptability to new technology and handling various task and the changes in crucial work
environment, given significant contribution to teams overall success that reflected in POC
and onboarding tools such as MS Purview, MS Defender for Cloud Apps and Proofpoint
Email DLP in short span of 6months by following agile methodology to engage different
teams to coordinate the project deliverable.
• Defining Proofpoint Adaptive (Tessian AI) Email DLP rules on newer system by efficient
planning and testing the effectiveness of newer system functionality to protect PCI, PII
and Business assets of Banks.
• Creation of auto-label rules on cloud location using Microsoft Information Protection
(MIP), which used to identify and auto-classify to protect the files in repository or emailed
with sensitive content.
• Simplified the document work by automating the reports using Splunk, Databricks as SIEM
tools and delivering central repository to ease the visibility of DLP rules and its controls to
top management. Supported IAM project on Password less login using Bluetooth Low
Energy (BLE) module.
• Collaborate with peers to achieve in sharing the knowledge and help each other in
deliverables. Always following bank valued behaviors.

• Played key role in migration of all DLP web controls of banks network which is Zscaler
system from v5.7 to v6.2. Deployment of Zscaler DLP rules with OCR enabled and
extensive use case study of its functionality was performed.
• On-boarded 50-65 different country PII rules both custom and system-defined data
identifiers by enhancing the scope of business requirement.
• Building out of the box rule configuration such as custom file type signature, custom
account number scripting into DLP Rule for inspection, complex Regex for IT watchword
requirement from Business and much more. Independently managed tougher assignment,
ideally which are managed at level 7 or above.
• Support provided on urgent requirement during off-hours, MSSQL DB maintenance, DR
Drill etc., was acknowledged by business and well appreciated. Continuous support given
for Risk closures as part of group internal and external audits.

• Managing daily incident triage of alerts from DIM, EP and DAR of Symantec DLP system
v12.6 to 14.0.2. Ability to support rule fine-tuning on false positive and achieved
reduction by 52% by closing engaging with Business operations.
• Ensure database threshold is maintained healthy by purging the DLP incidents from
Enforcer console on monthly basis.
• Service Governance Forum reports presented to Domain Head and Risk Management on
DLP analytics trend of egress points such as DIM, EP and DAR logs and defining KRI, KCI
metrics.
