Resolve discrepancies and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions. G) Manage stock levels of Inventory materials by applying advanced Inventory control techniques; monitoring and updating stock item forecasts, minimum and maximum stock levels and replenishment lead items; coordinating with Maintenance and Production Departments. H) Perform specialist jobs of material transaction entry in ERP related to receive, inspect, accept or reject, storage in pre defined locations by verifying data and inspection records, comparing invoices / packing list with purchase orders. I) Preparation and execution of Long Term Plans. J) Preparation of enquiries for equipment and spares with specifications for budgetary quotations. Techno-commercial evaluation of quotations. K) Follow-up with the selected suppliers for the on-time scheduled delivery of the material. L) Ensure that all the data records are in compliance with relevant certifications such as ISO-9001, 14001, OSHAS-18001 etc.. M) Specialist in work and manpower planning and quality improvement. N) Background in hazardous materials storage, transportation, disposal.
