● Implement policies relating to all phases of personnel activity and ensure its compliance
● Organizational and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and
programs for the entire company.
● Acts as liaison between the Administration Department and Business Units across the Company to
handle enquiries and requests.
● Managing and follow-up of the government relations department in all transaction.
● Perform routine clerical duties including but not limited to, word processing, data entry, filing,
faxing and copying.
● Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.
● Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments,
knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
● Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Systems and Procedures, Employee
Relations etc.
● Keeps track of Kuwait Labor Law with respect to employment contracts, terminations, and hiring
rules and regulations.
● Handling a proper filing system & management of personnel files, on the basis of hiring, transfer,
promotion, resignation and other modification data.
● Handling, maintaining employees changing Status & updating salaries, Grades, Job Title, Level,
Job Family on HR System.
● Responsible for grievance handling and disciplinary actions. Issue
warnings/terminations/imposition of fine wherever necessary as per the instruction of superiors.
● Follow-up on process of applications related to working hours & Attendance.
● Handling the final Service Indemnities & Annual leave dues.
● Calculating the Medical leave according to the Kuwait Labor Low.
● Handling all Payroll requirements.
● Maintains a monthly overview of vacation Plan- balance of all staff.
● Preparing all HR correspondence on the basis of hiring, transfer, promotion, all types of Exits and
any other modification data.
● Assists in the day-to-day operations of the human resources, Personnel, Admin Affairs functions
and duties.
● Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Systems and Procedures, Employee
Relations tc.
● Keeps track of Kuwait Labor Law with respect to employment contracts, terminations, and hiring
rules and regulations.
● Oversees the timely entry of data into the appropriate system, including information pertaining to
employee separations, appointments, leave transfers, benefits, evaluation, payroll, etc.

● Handling Employees data - Passports, Employment details, Leave applications

● Follow-up on all issues related to the company in the Ministry of Justice and work on coordination between the legal department to solve them.
