and equipment. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation,
distribution and storage.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing and delivery operations by initiating,
coordinating, enforcing project operational and personnel policies &
procedures.
• Plan and/or implement material flow management & systems to meet
project requirements.
• Build, implement and maintain metrics, reports, process documentation,
project service logs, safety records.
• Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection,
qualification, and performance evaluation.
• Participate in Internal and customer meeting to report all the logistic
activities status and progress.
• Contribute in the production of the monthly project status report to be
delivered to the customer.
Following and tracking asset movement to different rigs (10Rig).
Coordinating with customs, brokers & different governmental
department for equipment document while transit and clearing in
Algeria and time of export.
Coordinate with Procurement for PO’s receiving OSD report and follow,
Import and export KPI’s.
Team supervision, in the whole process (documentation turnaround,
VAT, check & customs bond…etc.)
Weekly reports with management & Operations.
Follow audit, T.I renewal, fines and contentious situation cleaning,
dispute…etc.
