Prepare all documents required for the clearance.
Prepare all documents for the re-export process if required.
Tracking shipment.
Arrange delivery for all items for the final customer.
Prepare monthly reports for the delivered items and their transportation cost.
Responsible for all out band delivery.
Overseeing general office operation.
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment .
Organize and schedule meetings and appointment.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord .
Ensuring that all item are invoiced and paid on time .
Manage contract and price negotiation with office vendors .
Service providers and office lease .
Provide general support to visitors -establish historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval and staff transfers .
Responsible for ensuring office financial objective are met by preparing annual budget for the office.
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency - coach, mentor and discipline office staff .
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data - coordinate schedules, appointment and bookings - handle customer inquiries and complaints - maintain a safe and secure working environment .
Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
Visa procedures and travel reservations for employees when required .
Carrying out procedures related to export contracts with the Ministry of Commerce, chambers of commerce and banks.
