I am handling DTS "decorative tinting system " for the products, using special two types of software with using spectrophotometer building the database and correcting any color deviation issue from customers .
-Submitting the quotations and tenders offers for customers
-Making sales analysis and reports related to sales .
-handling the production and supply chain issues .
-Making the forecast for raw material every month .
Beside working as Technical Support Engineer,
I was handling Export Customers in terms of
prepare the order with production, follow with them till ending the order,
preparing the invoices and the customs required documentation,
following with the shipping company till delivery of the order .
Also Making the sales analysis .
