Training Supervisor
• Create job descriptions for new titles.
• Set up the Training Department (Policies, documentations, training system such as: Trainer Reward policy, certification reimbursement policy, attendance, commitment letters, Budget sheet & training evaluation method, etc )
• Prepare the Training needs assessment (TNA) for ASSET employees.
• Prepare the yearly Training plan.
• Prepare the Career Path Development plan.
• Initiate the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) database.
• Initiate the In-House Technical Training.
• Initiate contacts with training providers.
• Conduct internal soft skills trainings.

• Establish and manage a training budget alongside with the SDMs and the department heads.
• Manage the choice of training vendors and training attendees based on the available budget.
• Updating the training Budget Sheet monthly.
• Collaborate with different departments in implementing training activities in accordance with the organizational training plan.
• Communicate incoming training offers to employees and coordinate their attendance in these courses if needed.
• Analyze the organizational training needs to establish an organizational training plan that is periodically updated.
• Prepare & Implement the training plan based on the employees' performance evaluations & the Competency based system.
• Work with SDMs, SMEs, department heads, and the HR department to build and develop the employees' career path.
• Handling the External Trainings Logistics (Public Ad Hocks or Customized)
• Work closely with recruitment to handle newly hired employees' orientation program, this includes: 1- Ensure that all employees are in full understanding of ITWorx policies.
2- Maintaining the orientation & role based training material up-to-date.
3- Scheduling the orientation & role based training sessions, and coordinating them with the departments, the presenters, and the new employees.
• Arranging internal training sessions, collecting the attendees' feedback on the training then communicate it to the trainer to ensure the training effectiveness.
• Arrange the action plan for the external programs.
• Ensure that the organizational training process, plan and all the training documents follow ITWorx quality management system & works in parallel to the CMMI appraiser requirements through the monthly OT audit procedures.
• Monitor the training administrative work (Time Approval, Program's Feedbacks Consolidation, Attendance, Commitment Letters sheet )
• Provide trainer reward for internal trainers who conducted trainings out of their scope of work.
• Reimburse candidates who passed Technical Certification exams.
• Report to the Human Resources manager all the training measurements on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a repository of all relevant training material to document our training history.
• Pursue learning opportunities to improve the training and development function at ITWorx.
