- manage displays and assist customers with dressing rooms including bringing clothing in different sizes and offering outfit suggestions.

- Prepared and managed correspondence, reports, and documents
- Organized and coordinated meeting
- Handled administrative duties such as typing messages, answering phones, and copy editing
- Arranging and scheduling appointment

• As an accountant at Manal Al-Mayas Atelier my tasks that I do:
- Created financial reports
- Collected and analyzed clients' data and financial transactions documenting accounting control procedures
- Follow up on customers' invoices to confirm the completion of the payment
- Accounting for customers when paying
Dermal is an Italian spa for beauty and relaxation, as a call center representative, I work on a team of 5 people and am responsible for calling customers to show them the offers available. My daily activities include:
- Calling approximately 250-300 customer calls per day in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Providing information about offers to convince customers to come and try our services.
