Executive Management:
• Manage the process of briefing on behalf of the CEO to ensure that he is fully prepare for all engagements
• Provision of high level advice to the CEO on pending issues and discussing the appropriate steps/solutions
• Regular direct contact with C Level, other members of the Corporate Management Group and colleagues at all level

Interfaces:
• With C Level (Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Technical Officer and Chief Finance Office), Managers, Shareholders, Directors, Members of Staff, and other external organizations.
• Manages external relations for CEO Office and always being the first point of contact for the Office.
• Main focal point of contact of Qatar Science Technology Park (QSTP).
Managing information/Meeting Management:
• Provide high level advice, recommendation, suggestions and feedback to the CEO
• Perform special projects and other duties assigned
• Providing a service that is in line with the CEO’s work habits and preferences
• Lead, drive and maintain regular meetings including Ad-hoc meetings
• Develop, support, provide and maintain a strong working relationship with C Level Executives on all aspects where additional services and/or solutions are required
Monitoring and reporting:
• Manage, collect and summarize the reports received from each department
• Interpret and communicate the reports and highlight the complexities of any pending issues/action items
• Delivery of high quality reporting with analysis and providing CEO management information which meets the demands and for complete visibility of programme delivery
• Establish and develop monitoring reports for continuous follow up with C Level Executives

Special Project Division
• To prepare and submit the weekly report to the head of the Special Project
• To coordinate with various departmental head
• To execute all received RFQ from clients
• Distribute the RFQ to the concerned buyers
• Assisting the buyers to outsource the required materials
• To evaluate and analyze all received quotations from suppliers
• To process and submit all quotations to client

• To ensure and coordinate the timely delivery of the ordered material

• Attending meetings during tender development, cost review and if awarded, develop and maintain professional business contacts with suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors and governmental agencies as appropriate
