• Conduct thorough inspections of Mechanical/HVAC Equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, Elevator, pumps and fans, NOVEC system, infrastructure pipeline, LPG and gas system to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection findings, including deficiencies, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any identified issues and ensure that Mechanical/HVAC Equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping and ducting meet project requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to contractors and technicians regarding Mechanical/HVAC equipment and accessories Mechanical/HVAC Equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping and ducting, installation practices, standards, and regulations.
• Identify potential risks and hazards associated with Mechanical/HVAC Equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping, ducting and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports for project management & regulatory authorities as required.
• Validate & check technical documents and systems drawings for Mechanical/HVAC equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping, ducting and accessories during testing and commissioning phases.
• Ensure that all design work meets the relevant technical standards.
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing and commissioning as and where required.

• Inspection and verification for the quality and acceptability of workmanship with the proper installation as per requirement of package IFC/Shop drawing/Design Drawing for Mechanical/HVAC equipment such as Fire Fighting systems (ACV, ZCV, FHC, LV, STD&SPR pipe, Fire Hydrant, Breeching Inlet valve, Tamper & Flow switch), Plumbing and Sanitary system, Elevator, rotating equipment, pumps and fans, NOVEC system, LPG and gas system, infrastructure pipeline. • Coordinate and attend an official meeting with the contractor to expedite the construction installation progress, discuss or resolve any possible design and technical issues, assist with emergency on-call situations, and make updated status summary reports.

• Review the construction design package drawing submitted by the contractors such as the Mechanical/HVAC equipment, Fire Fighting systems, NOVEC system, LPG and Gas system, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping for the IFC package drawing which includes the Lay-out details drawing, Schematic Diagram, Air and water Single Line Flow Diagram, SOO, Equipment schedule, Heat Load Calculation, Cooling Load Calculation, Materials Take-Off List, Material Submittal, Construction/Technical Specification and SOW, Coordination drawing, General Details Drawing, Redline, As-Built drawing, and all design related to installation.
• Evaluate and make comments on the review package design drawing, based on per requirements of designated code, International Standard, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ARAMCO Standard, IBC, NFPA 90A, HSE, ASME and shall be reflected for the final approved IFC and Shop drawing.
• Verify and review documents, forms, and procedures of the Method of Statement before performing the Pre-CX and Start-Up activities, Functional test activities, Commissioning activities, Performance acceptance activities, and including all drawing attachments required to complete the package folder.
• Conduct functionality tests for Mechanical/HVAC equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping and ducting such as hydraulic test, pneumatic test, air and water flow test, loop test, leak test, smoke test, light test, slope test, etc., upon receiving RFI and RFA issued from the contractor.
• Implementation of the correct procedure requirements for Pre-Commissioning & Start-up, Functional Test, Commissioning, Air and water TAB activities, and Performance acceptance of Mechanical/HVAC equipment, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing and Sanitary system, rotating equipment, piping and ducting.
• Coordinate interfacing for Fire Alarm system accordingly with the Method of Statement of Fire Fighting system (ACV, ZCV, FHC, LV for Tamper & Flow switch test) and the set point of BMS control CHW water TAB and air TAB of the HVAC system and observe the proper SOO and matrix required for building specification during commissioning.
• Rendered inspection for all deficiencies and remaining work prior to Turnover activities, generate and initiate Snag-List to complete the requirement for the final signing of PAC
