Planning, scheduling of daily work activities. Prepare work permit, Supervising and monitoring the pre commissioning of all instrument devices as per standard procedures. Check all devices digital and analog input/output Knowledge in reading and as built of drawing like ILD, PID, location plan, hook up. Assisted vendor for precommissioning of package like air compressor, gas turbine. knowledge in computer excel and word.
Check and inspect the electrical, instrument, telecommunication, fire and gas system according to project specification.
Testing of electrical and control cables by using megger insulation tester and fill up ECL/ICL and after testing
Inspection in the construction of pearl gas to liquid oil and gas refinery processing plant. Under the supervision of JK-KBR main contractor joint venture for the completion of the project. Inspection of electrical equipment like, switchgear, power, control, fire and gas panel. Inspection of cable trays for power and control cables. Inspection of pulling, dressing, glanding and termination of power and control cables inside the sub-station and control building.
Inspection of analyzer field panel, cable trays for primary and secondary cables. Inspection of pulled, dressed, glanding and termination of powers and control cables to the field and piperacks. Inspection of junction boxes and instrument location in the piperack, vessels, tanks, skids, and pin fans
