Handles the following; Recruitment (Selection and Hiring), Payroll Checking, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Monitors expiring Iqamas of Foreign Employees, Monitors and Control vacation leaves of employees, Employee Relations and Initiates revision and implements company policies and procedures. Assist the Facilities/Support Manager in managing and directing the camp facilities, cafeteria as well as the Support Group (Maintenance Technician, Janitors, Cooks and Kitchen Helpers
Manages and directs the following: Recruitment Selection and Hiring processes, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Training and Development, Employer-Employee/Industrial relation, Performance Evaluation Management, Employee Relations and initiates and implements improvements on company policies.
ADMINISTRATIVE Manages and directs the Facility Maintenance activities which include, but not limited to, maintenance of building, electrical system, air conditioning units, air compressors and generator sets; Transport and Logistics operation including repairs and maintenance of all company vehicles. Attend to General affairs of the Company in areas of cleanliness, health and safety. These include directing scrap and trash disposal and their implementation, 5S activities, hazardous waste monitoring and disposal, assets insurance. Act as Health and Safety Committee Head. Ensures that security policy is in place and implemented.
OPERATIONS: Act as Environmental Management Representative (EMR) and Head of the Health and Safety Committee. Implement Company Environmental Policy in compliance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) directives. Check programs and activities of all EMS Teams and Sub-Committee. Maintain professional working relationship with different Government Agencies. Ensure the efficient function of Import and Export Department. Maintain good delivery performance of the company by meeting the target and cut off time of customers.
