¥ Single point of contact for all clients for operations, technical support, recommendations and billing

¥ Presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and help in marketing plans for the clients.

¥ Delivered an ASEAN project (offline to online) for P&G’s SK2 brand in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand in a span of 4 months and replicated the same in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
¥ Successfully on-boarded 3 new clients.
¥ For 2014 and 2015, was able to retain all our clients and also achieve our forecasted targets.
¥ Identified product glitches and worked with internal parties for its solutions.
¥ Joined the organization through campus placements and went through corporate trainings to understand the different sale channels and their business objectives.
