Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspection of HVAC equipment located in heliport, security port, data center, fitness center, ware house and fire station facilities in north and south area.
Isolate heating and ventilating units, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipment and make necessary maintenance and repair.

Permit receiver for cold work permit supervising the work to ensure it is conducted in the most efficient manner, notifying the issuer of work progress and completion and ensuring that the site is returned to a safe and operational status.
Responsible for installation heating ventilation air conditioning units, industrial and commercial refrigeration, cold room and industrial chiller, Inspect, overhaul, and maintain cooling system

Recorded all temperature and pressure throughout the system, check condenser coils and evaporator coil for fouling.
Maintain and set schedule of the chiller and chilled water pumps, air handling units, fresh air handling unit and exhaust blowers.
Ensure smooth functioning of Bms system and intelligent fire detection system, made by Jhonson controls software.
Install and repair sub assembly units in small and large heating and ventilation air conditioning system, such as package unit split centralize, split type and window type air conditioning for real state property, first class apartment, and school building.
Maintain safety environmental regulation in the work area.
