• Witness flange management and hydro testing activities such as low-pressure testing and strength testing at various stages of hydro testing.
• Conducting tool box talk and monitoring welder performance by regular Site/Shop visit.
• Painting/ coating stage wise inspection of above ground, underground and HSS application for piping, pipeline, and structural works.
• Carried out the inspection for heat shrink sleeve and stopaq application.
• Carried out the production test (holiday test, profile test, peel off test, dolly test).
• Execute painting/ coating inspection activity as per company ITP/ client specification
Day-to-day management and execution of quality related project activities in order to achieve the quality assurance project objectives
Review and Acceptance of the Hydro test package, Mechanical Completion Dossiers. Quality Control, Turnover, Statutory Inspection and Qualified Person activities at Module yard
Monitoring the construction on daily basis operations of EPC-contractors, (CPP, Petrofac, Samsung Engineering, Techno Engineering) and provide supervision cover and ensure that work is carried out as per the contract and project specifications include HSE recommendations.
Controlling and monitoring EPC-contractor/subcontractor construction and QA/QC activities include piping & pipeline welding, HDD, PWHT, NDT, painting & coating, holiday deduction, trenching, lowering, hydro test and backfilling, Reinstatement activities.
Witness the major parts of inspection to PQR, WQT, NDT-Activities, Pipeline coating (Underground) & Painting (Above ground), Holiday deduction test, Hydro test for pipeline including strength test and 24 hour Leak test, Line clearance and final walk down for the punch list raising.
Collecting documentation from the EPC-Contractor to final verification, then coordinating to the final handover process, for the Construction, QA/QC-ITR’S, Red Line Markup, Final As-built drawings, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and Vendor.

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS PART OF PROJECT
•106 Kilometer cross country GAS pipeline BADRA-ZUBAIDAH- EGPL Project was constructed, tested and commissioned successfully.
•GAZPROM BADRA OILFIELD For 20-Well pads, 20-Flow lines, 3-Manifolds, 3-Trunk lines, 3-Inlet Manifolds in CPF Successfully constructed, tested, and commissioned successfully.
HONOR & AWARD:
•INITIATIVE AND PROFESSIONALISM IN PREPARATION OF AS-BUILT DOCUMENTS for the Export oil pipeline.

Responsible for monitoring the construction activities and ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with the contract, specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
•PMI - Positive material identification inspection as per material grade and NDT- inspection UT, MPI, PT & coordination with NDT third party inspection companies, Checking dimension and welding visual inspection welded joint profile, surface finish and defects & Stage by stage, welding inspection.
•Review welding consumables MTC, and painting, blasting garnets MTC. Preparation of daily inspection report on site activities & workshop to submit to QA/QC - Manager and Preparing all NDT-Request like UT, RT, MT and PT as per Drawing, ITP, and Code.
SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Successfully completed Zohar (Oman) Phase-2 Independent power plant steam turbine building heavy steel structures Project (In the Dubai fabrication workshop). And Dubai upgrade projects for DOW chemical constructed piping and structural.
•Successfully constructed and tested for Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) caustic sulfur storage tank with Nickel alloy material.
AUT- for seamless tube auto scanning immersion techniques with high resolution probes.
•AUT- for five multi-channel probes with identified smallest flaws for below 8mm wall thickness.
•Line inspector for visual inspection, burst testing, ALT-air leakage testing and hydrostatic testing.
•Ultrasonic thickness gauge survey, lamination checking for seamless tubes, MPT visual inspection for dry method after cyclic cylinder.
SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Overall working period, independently has been inspected of more than 80, 000 CNG-(High Pressure Compressed Natural Gas) Cylinders for the visual inspection and NDT-AUT Inspection.
Ultrasonic inspection for welded plates & various kinds of jobs and UT thickness gauge checking for boilers tubes and walls. Radiographic of the tank, vessels, pressure parts, the prefabricated weld of pipes using gamma rays.
•PT & MPI- inspection and visual inspection of a wet method of structural welding
