Functions as Projects Information Management Specialist, making sure that reports and other data are ready all the time.
Directly supporting Head of Construction Management Department in implementation of company information management software through training and assisting of PM and Engineers, making sure that issues are relayed to software developer for appropriate action.
Supports and performs recruitment functions for selected company construction management project.
Performs Organizational Analysis to implement departmental process re-engineering.
Functions as Admin Specialist, assisting Construction Team as well as other Department’s members with requirements as needed.
Directly reports to Group President, managing 10 Management Analysts in supporting top management decision making.
Role and responsibilities range but is not limited on the following:
Documentation of various company procedure and policies.
Staff allocation to different needs of the company in terms of studies required in order to assist management make necessary decisions such as procurement of assets, phasing out of company equipment in favor of new ones and implementation of production schedule, among others.
Interface with Higher Management in order to know/ ascertain requirements from the different Business Units and/or support offices. Hence, being able to assign staff to produce study to assist management of decisions that need to be made.
Interface with company Directors/ Senior Managers in order to expedite different projects and tasks at hand.
Expected Graduation- Feb 2017
Graduated Cum Laude (with honors, Grade average is 90 out of 100) Recipient of 2 scholarships: 1. Philippine Government- RA 7687, Science and Technology Scholarship for students who are qualified (through rigid examinations) to pursue a university degree in the field of S & T. Has to maintain a grade point average for the whole 5-year course. 2. University Grant - where students who are qualified to pursue a degree, has to maintain grade point average to get the scholarship.
