• Conduct training to Local staff for the upcoming new model of units.
• Handle incoming and outgoing inventory of spare parts and Units.
• Submit daily report to the Operation Manager.
• Performs up to Level 3 repairs and diagnosis of the Samsung Mobile phone and other mobile brand (Huawei, Mintt, Nokia, Oppo, Apple, Xiaomi, Motorola and Asus)
• Repairs the unit within the standard set by the company
• Handle customer complaint.
• Working with the team to achieve the monthly and yearly targets.
• Respond to the inquiry as soon as possible.
• Contributes information, ideas and research to solve any technical issue.
• Provide Hardware and Software support of our Brand Mintt Laptops.
• Attending conferences, online training and meeting to gain new skills.
• Monitoring pending Jobs.
• Work with Store Manager & Supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Ensure that all service equipment and tools are complete and in good working condition.
• Update Job status and inform the customer.
• Assists Store managers in item exchange of the defective newly purchased item.
• Checking and repairing of Electronics accessories such as speakers, camera, smart
watch and power bank.
• Level 3 repairs, diagnosis and calibration of Samsung Mobile phones & Samsung Cameras
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments of outdoor Technician
• Resolves product by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Handle incoming and outgoing inventory of spare parts
• Receiving and checking of all incoming materials.
• Monitoring Pending Jobs
• Assist and coordinates with Customer service for handling customer complaint
• Repairs the unit within frame or turnaround time (3days for mobile phones)
• Submit daily Technician report to the Service Manager.
• Receiving calls from the customer inquiry.
• Perform weekly & monthly inventory of stocks and give reports to the Service Manager
• Assists with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
• Work with Service Manager & Supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Repairing and Programming of Television
• Also, handle non-Samsung brand complaint (Hitachi, TCL, Fagor, Rowa and Unold).
• Performs up to Level 3 repairs and diagnosis of the Samsung Mobile phone.
• Repairs the unit within frame or turnaround time and ensures the quality of repair is within the standard set by the company.
• Coordinates with Customer Service regarding status of units for repair so that accurate information can be relayed to customers.
• Updates the job status and information accurately and completely.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of working area.
• Prepares and submit reports monthly.
• Ensure that all service equipment and tools are complete and in good working condition.
