Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible in handling sales, documents and requirements of personnel and drivers.
•Personally deals with clients regarding inquiries and provides information/options suitable for clients’ needs

•Assisting beneficiaries to be part of the governments human developmental program which is invested in health and education of poor families, primarily children aged 0-18 years old
•Facilitating and conducting livelihood programs to improve the socio-economic status of the beneficiaries
•Conducting supplemental feedings in areas with and increasing number of malnutrition
•Participating in the Disaster Response Operation, life-saving emergency relief and long-term response during calamities.
•Implementing Protective Services Program that provides a range of interventions to individuals, families and communities in crisis or difficult situations and vulnerable or disaster-affected communities.
•Ensuring that availability of Social Pension’s for provision of cash stipend to an indigent senior citizen aged 65 years old and above.
•Identifying clusters of communities which belongs to the poor with the criteria identified by using the government’s Information Management System.
•Administering comprehensive package of programs and services, enhancing the psychosocial and economic needs of the beneficiaries.

•Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators and applicants for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers and personnel records.
•Oversee, Support and Coordinate all activities of all HR Personnel.
•Prepare Performance Evaluation of all Rank and File employees.
•Directly reporting to the HR Manager.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
