Job Role :
Responsible for making new network in the business.
Managing a group of property consultants, recruiting and training them.

1. Order management: Order Processing and Communication with the customer and proactively follow-up and keep customer(s) informed of progress.
2. Up-selling products and other requirements to ensure maximum business is generated from one client.
3. Generate open order report weekly and forecast future requirement.
4. Build and maintain Customer and price data base for several Business Units.
5. Receivables Management; Monitor customer over dues, ensure timely reminder communication with the customer to resolve any issues preventing settlement.
6. Assist with obtaining market Intelligence data making use of relevant CRM tools.
7. Tier 3 Customers: Take ownership/responsibility for sales process for Tier 3 Customers.
8. Entering Non conformance management: Issues raised by customers on quality of the product, service, etc.
