Responsibilities:
•Handling and recording telephone calls
•Greeting walk in guests and informing the concerned persons
•Receiving tax invoices from suppliers
•Receiving parcels and documents from couriers and inform/distribute it to the concerned person
•Dispatching company invoices to customers through courier
•Tracking pending invoice shipments and act accordingly
•Releasing cheques to suppliers
•Faxing, scanning and binding documents
•Ordering pantry and stationery requirements
•Assessing and processing staffs’ leave requests
•Raising ticket requests of employees
•Hotel booking processing
•Calling and arranging co-employees for medical, training and other HR concerns
•Facilitate employees’ requests like uniform, business cards and other needs they may have
•Assisting all other requests of co-employees and management
Responsibilities:
•Manage the Negosyo Center and deliver services such as but not limited to Business Registration, Business Advisory; and Business Information and Advocacy.
