- Have to keep a record of how much money they had when they opened and closed the store.
- Must know the product’s value.
- Have good manner communicating with the customers.
- Interact pleasantly with guests.
- Prepare all products according to quality and standard procedures.
- Knows and practice food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Filling out necessary paper works, keeps record and compile stock reports at the end of the shift.
- Ensure proper arrangement of stock inventories.
- Ensure stock is rotated on a regular basis, ensuring all stocks remain clean and marketable and ensure observance of FIFO (First in First out) policy.
- Maintain a clean and well stocked station.
- Clean kitchen after service has ended.
- Quality of the product must be achieve regarding to the standard procedure..
- Must know sanitation and cleanliness to avoid contamination.
