As Engineering Manager, I lead the operations and maintenance of critical central utility services across a prestigious VVIP facilities, covering over 139, 000 sqm of built-up area. I manage a multidisciplinary in-house team, overseeing both corrective and preventive maintenance strategies across civil, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Waseef Operations functional areas; provide policy guidance and coordinate the activities of assigned departments, divisions and services; foster cooperative working relationships with project Community, inter- governance agencies and staff.
• Communicate and ensure alignment between all internal and external stakeholders for normal and event operations.
• Responsible for assets that are within the assigned jurisdictional area, , ensure the efficient delivery of the FM strategy and YOY Plans.
• Ensure that all assets are safe, secured, always serviced and fit for use. Attend all coordination meetings with the client, tenants and contractors to cope with all HSEEQ.

 Saudi Aramco, Sulfur Railcar Loading Facility, Jubail:
 POSCOE & C got awarded from Saudi Aramco for a sulphur railcar loading facility project, which amounts to USD 400 million approximately.
 This project is to construct branch lines of railroad and marshaling yard in Jubail Industry, Saudi Arabia for loading melted sulfur from Wasit and Berri gas plants in Khursaniyah and transporting 10, 000 tons of molten sulfur per day to Ma’aden facilities at Wa’ad Al Shammal and Ras Al Khair.
Responsibilities
• Facility Planning and Design: Collaborate with the project team to develop facility plans and designs. Ensure compliance with relevant Aramco regulations and standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program. Schedule regular inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Reactive Maintenance: Respond to facility-related issues promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve maintenance and repair requests.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing the facilities management and maintenance budget. Monitor and control expenses, seek cost-effective solutions, and optimize resource allocation.

 KFUPM, Community Service Center for Faculty Members:
 Saudi Aramco Healthcare canter is 100-bed hospitals for Aramco employees, I am responsible to look after the 170 million SAR Long Form Contract.
 The hospital is mostly demolition of old building envelope along the new construction part of drywalls all architectural and electro-mechanical work.
 KFUPM community service center for Faculty members is 3 story building comprised of a 16000 Sqm covered area with a supermarket, classrooms, fitness club, and mini cinema.
Responsibilities
• Acted as the focal point of contact for all incoming and outgoing project information, ensured appropriate distribution of project information to all project team members and sub-contractors.
• Eliminated potential design delays by monitoring project action plan to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
• Facilitated strategic advice to the management and other team members on process change and in improving overall efficiency.
• Drove safe construction practices (Target Zero) while maintaining a high quality of construction with success in achieving recognition as leads by example in driving safe practices on site

• Plan, direct and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within schedule and budget parameters.
