Responsibilities:
• Manage Waseef Operations functional areas; provide policy guidance and coordinate the activities of assigned departments, divisions and services; foster cooperative working relationships with project Community, inter- governance agencies and staff.
• Communicate and ensure alignment between all internal and external stakeholders for normal and event operations.
• Responsible for assets that are within the assigned jurisdictional area, , ensure the efficient delivery of the FM strategy and YOY Plans.
• Ensure that all assets are safe, secured, always serviced and fit for use. Attend all coordination meetings with the client, tenants and contractors to cope with all HSEEQ.
• Compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards in the FIFA fans village
• Manage the development and instruction of civil assets preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop & implement sustainability policies & standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Develop an operating process and platform for all events and liaison with Community Services, Security, Health, Safety and Environment and all other relevant department for events that occur/take place in the city.
• Conduct system and service frequent walkthroughs, audits, survey to ensure that Waseef is in excellent operations.
• Coordinate service partners to ensure excellent livability and service delivery to assigned jurisdictional area.
• Ensure that emergency management plans are up to date, and emergency drills are frequently conducted.
• Develop scopes of work, KPI’s, SOP’s and other operational processes.
• Manage FM Operations including MEP, civil, landscape, waste management, pest control, etc.
• Ensure that environmental impacts arising from maintenance activities are properly managed and fully compliant with local legislation policy.
• By overseeing the Total Facilities Management (TFM) services including catering, my role ensures a high standard of services, aligning with Qatar Airways standards and the broader vision of Waseef/Barwa.

Responsibilities
• Implemented process modifications for optimizing resource utilization and maximizing productivity and implementing automated systems for streamlining operations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and lead the implementation of Qatar Musems’s sustainable strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic direction of the organization
• Drove preventive maintenance program, devised and implemented environmental, health, and safety policies across the facilities complying with international standards, best practices, and legislative requirements.
• Reduced risks by conceptualizing and planning the implementation of Safety Management programs for the FM section.

• Led all emergency fire, life, and safety programs by structuring annual operational budget and implementing control measures to contain expenses within defined limits and carrying out all general administration tasks.

Saudi Aramco, Sulfur Railcar Loading Facility, Jubail:
POSCOE & C got awarded from Saudi Aramco for a sulphur railcar loading facility project, which amounts to USD 400 million approximately.
This project is to construct branch lines of railroad and marshaling yard in Jubail Industry, Saudi Arabia for loading melted sulfur from Wasit and Berri gas plants in Khursaniyah and transporting 10, 000 tons of molten sulfur per day to Ma’aden facilities at Wa’ad Al Shammal and Ras Al Khair.
Responsibilities
• Facility Planning and Design: Collaborate with the project team to develop facility plans and designs. Ensure compliance with relevant Aramco regulations and standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program. Schedule regular inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Reactive Maintenance: Respond to facility-related issues promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve maintenance and repair requests.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing the facilities management and maintenance budget. Monitor and control expenses, seek cost-effective solutions, and optimize resource allocation.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers. Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory. Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance and budget utilization.

Saudi Aramco Healthcare Center, Al-Hasa. Project cost - 55 Million SAR John Hopkins Hospitals
KFUPM, Community Service Center for Faculty Members:
Saudi Aramco Healthcare canter is 100-bed hospitals for Aramco employees, I am responsible to look after the 170 million SAR Long Form Contract.
The hospital is mostly demolition of old building envelope along the new construction part of drywalls all architectural and electro-mechanical work.
KFUPM community service center for Faculty members is 3 story building comprised of a 16000 Sqm covered area with a supermarket, classrooms, fitness club, and mini cinema.
Responsibilities
• Acted as the focal point of contact for all incoming and outgoing project information, ensured appropriate distribution of project information to all project team members and sub-contractors.
• Eliminated potential design delays by monitoring project action plan to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
• Facilitated strategic advice to the management and other team members on process change and in improving overall efficiency.
• Drove safe construction practices (Target Zero) while maintaining a high quality of construction with success in achieving recognition as leads by example in driving safe practices on site

• Plan, direct and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within schedule and budget parameters.
• Outline work plans and assign duties and responsibilities with project staff. Prepare tender documents (RFP), quantity survey (BOQ) and other technical data required in specific proposed project.
• Develop and implement strategic objectives to meet overall organizational goals.
• Maintain all records of all proceedings, correspondence, approvals and milestones for the Projects assigned for Design, Construction Management & Quality Control and Health and Safety.

LYARI Expressway Project (PAK Rs 10 billion): The 32 Km long (combined) Expressway is separated by the LYARI River into two carriageways North and South bounds. It is a controlled access four-lane highway along LYARI River through the metropolitan city of Karachi.
Responsibilities
• Managed and supervised a very big team of 500 members working in various constructions activates in the project.
• Managing the cost analysis and cost control of Project activities.
• Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements.
• Planning, Monitoring and maintaining project budget and schedule Planning.

• Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
