● Provide optimum acute and long term health care to all employees of the hospital and
their families, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
● Provide comprehensive protocol based medical fitness evaluations for new employees
● Provide excellent outpatient medical care in a fast paced department seeing an average of
50 patients a day
● Perform annual comprehensive evaluations of all patients and maintain patient records

● Implementing JCI and CBAHI standards and framework in the Employee Health
Department
● Assisting external JCI and CBAHI audits and rectification of any identified gaps
